If you can use Microsoft Word, you're qualified.

What file types can I upload?

Currently: .docx (Word documents) and .md (Markdown). Coming soon: .xlsx (Excel), .pptx (PowerPoint).

Which cloud storage services work?

Currently Dropbox. OneDrive and Google Drive coming in Phase 3 of our roadmap.

What if I want to customize the design?

Pick a theme in your settings. Multiple themes coming (Corporate, Agency, Consultant). ParaSite is for people who want "good enough, instantly." If you need pixel-perfect control, other tools excel at that.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Plus plan ($9/mo) — 7-day free trial included.

What happens if I delete my Dropbox?

Your site goes down. Your Dropbox is the source of truth. ParaSite just renders it.

Is my content private before I publish?

Yes. Only files in your ParaSite.Works folder become websites.

How many sites can I have?

Free plan: 1 site. Plus: 5 sites. Pro: Unlimited.

Can I sell products or take payments?

Yes — connect Stripe or Shopify on Plus and Pro plans via simple embed codes.

Do you offer free trials?

The Free plan is forever free, no trial needed. Plus and Pro include 7-day free trials — no credit card required upfront.

Can I add images?

Yes! Image support with automatic alt tag generation is coming in Phase 2 of our roadmap.

Can I reorder pages or edit navigation?

A dashboard editor with page reordering is coming in Phase 4. Currently, pages appear in alphabetical order.
